FVL Sourcing.’s experienced development team ensures fabric quality, construction, color accuracy, and weight. We evaluate each factory’s capacity, environmental practices, safety compliance, and labor law adherence. Every supplier is assessed to ensure timely production and fulfillment of buyer expectations.
Sampling
We emphasis on product development new style innovation for client submission. Our professional team of merchandisers and quality controllers create samples based on buyer specifications—covering design, fabric weight, shrinkage, color fastness, and more. Samples are submitted for approval before production begins.
Sourcing
FVL Sourcing. maintains strong exclusive relationships with Bangladesh’s top certified knit, woven, sweater, lingerie, and cap factories. Our sourcing partners hold certifications including BSCI, WRAP, RSC, Accord, ISO, Nirapon, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, and more. Upon order placement, we coordinate and control the procurement and timely delivery of yarn, fabric, accessories, and labels. Buyers have full freedom to choose styles, colors, and design details.
Quality Control
Quality controllers are stationed at every production unit to monitor all stages of manufacturing. We track each order from raw material to final shipment, ensuring it meets buyer standards. Regular updates are provided to clients at every phase.
Packaging
Only approved goods are packed. We strictly follow all buyer AQL related to packaging and labeling to ensure the highest satisfaction.
Shipment & Cargo Handling
All shipping documents are reviewed carefully to meet buyer guidelines. We work with trusted freight forwarders to provide accurate ETD and ETA updates. Timely delivery is as important to us as it is to our clients.
